Here at Future Leaders Inspired, we see the value in empowering youth. We strive to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginning in 2010, we’ve been driven by the same ideas initially founded by the organization: To empower youth through leadership training using the Arts Culture and Technology.

OUR MISSION:

Future Leaders Inspired mission is to empower youth through leadership training using the Arts Culture and Technology throughout West Africa starting in Ghana. In doing so we will ultimately assist in providing economic sustainability in the communities we serve, reduce youth frustration and give purpose and meaning to those who may have felt hopeless.

OUR LEADER

Valerie Cruzat creator and founder of Future Leaders Inspired started the organization in 2010 and has worked in the fields of Art Entertainment and Youth development for over 15 years. Working in the USA, UK, Germany, Nigeria and Ghana providing programs and projects that inspire. FLI was birthed from her awareness of how important it is to create and provide practical programs for youth around the world that empower and inspire. Using the Arts Culture and Technology she is determine to inspire youth leaders to not only FLI but soar.
