EDUCATION AND OUTREACH

FLI CREATIVE ARTS & CRAFTS

This program is a platform to expose youth to creativity and fine art. We teach and expose youth to a variety of arts and crafts that encourages them to master their individual artistic/creative skills as well as preserving cultural artistic forms. FLI creative Arts and Crafts empowers artistic youth, shapes their imaginations, encourages creativity and preserves cultural art forms.

ACT FLI

ACT FLI is leadership training using the Arts Culture and Technology. ACT FLI currently hosts sessions where we cultivate young minds, build confidence, set future goals, provide life coaching, exposing youth to different art forms, educating using technology and empowering them with a love and respect for their culture. We are determined to educate, expose and empower the next generation of leaders.

FLI AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS

Our after school programs are school or community-based programs that offer academic and enrichment activities in the hours that follow the school day. These programs serve children of all ages 7 - 17 and include academic support, workforce development opportunities, mentoring relationships, and more.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Most of our efforts pertaining to outreach programs involve partnerships in the community that allow us to apply new approaches to develop programs that empower.

WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS

Day and Overnight camps and workshops, uses the arts (theatre, film, music and dance) culture (humanitarian projects for Africa and cultural preservation) and technology (computer skills, business technology) to promote a sense of hope in the future while creating strong leaders who are advocates of peace and global unity. We bring together youth from different places and spaces to learn how to work together while learning to lead.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Through partnerships we provide scholarships for underserved youth and families. Supplying school fees books uniforms and basic necessities we also help families struggling to help their children achieve their educational goals.

FEEDING PROGRAM

FLI currently Feeds over 60 youth in the community we serve. We also provide food packages and supplements to the families of the youth who work with our programs.
